Its reserve is where the Original Canopy Tour takes place. There is plenty of good hiking right around the lodge. Look for the turnoff on the left, almost one kilometer outside Santa Elena. The lodge has a stunning view of the Gulf of Nicoya and beautiful old-growth forest.
